PIPL has a total area of about 5500 sq.meters with a built up area of 2000 sq.meters. All the processes for manufacturing the products are developed with in-house efforts of the company. Our plant is well equipped with manufacturing facilities for all types of requirements in line with good manufacturing process. According to the changing times, company has been updating its machinery in order to adhere to firm's emphasis on quality & consistency. The manufacturing equipment available includes a number of Glass Line Vessels, SS Reactors, Centrifuges, Filters, Tray and Fluid Bed Dryers, Grinding & Sieving Machines etc. The company also owns the utilities required like Steam Boilers & Thermic Fluid Heater, Cooling Towers, Chilling Unit, etc.

The company has its own laboratory at Vapi with technical staff and facilities to carry out testing of in coming raw materials and the finished products to ensure that the customers get the required quality consistently. Besides, the company has a R&D facility at Mumbai with the specific objective of improving current processes and developing new peoducts. PIPL has a primary effluent treatment plant and is also a member of Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) Vapi for Secondary & Tertiary Treatment. However, in its endeavor to be more eco-friendly & with an eye on future products, the company has also installed a liquid incinerator & is in the process of finalising a secondary effluent treatment plant.
